You can modify or cancel your order at any point until the items are dispatched. After placing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email if you notice any incorrect information please contact the customer service team as soon as possible and they will be happy to amend your order.
We offer express shipping worldwide with our distribution partners UPS. If you need your order delivered as soon as possible please contact the customer service team and they will be able to upgrade your postage and take payment.
Sometimes our emails go into the spam/junk folder please email the customer service team or call to confirm the order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email from UPS with your tracking details and delivery options, including collection from a UPS access point, safe place or neighbour.
Express orders are processed the same working day if the order is placed before 12pm it will be shipped the same working day after 12pm your order will be shipped the next working day. Standard orders are shipped within 3 working days.
