Shipping

There is something so magical about receiving new items for your baby or child and we want to make this experience as enjoyable as possible for you.

When you place an order, we will send you an automated receipt please check the details and if you notice any mistakes or need to make any changes we would be happy to help, please email customerservice@olivierbaby.com or call our customer service team on 01246 918890.

Once your order has been picked and packed our dispatch team will send an email to say your order has been shipped. You will then receive an email from one of our couriers with all your tracking details.

We believe in delivering the best quality service for our customers and have teamed with Royal Mail for UK Standard and Europe deliveries and UPS for all other international shipments.

UK Express £7.50 1-2 working days, orders must be placed before 12pm UPS Courier Service
Europe £15 Royal Mail service approx 7 working days
USA £20 UPS Express Courier Service 3-5 working days
Rest of the World £25 UPS Express Courier Service 5-7 working days
Sales Taxes and Duties 
All orders are shipped with duties unpaid, orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs/duties and or VAT. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods we advise you to check your local customs tax and duty before placing your order as these must be paid before the goods are released for delivery.
Following the trade deal negotiated between the UK and the EU some EU orders are now subject to additional VAT charges in the destination country, these charges vary between countries. We advise you to check your local VAT charges for children’s clothing before placing your order. All VAT charges must be paid by you before the goods will be released and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please note we are unable to refund the VAT charges due at the destination, if the charges are left unpaid the goods will not be delivered and will not be sent back to the UK therefore we will not be able to refund your order once it has been shipped.
For all other international deliveries, you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside the UK and over £500 to the USA.

Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you love all the pieces that you receive from Olivier London but if you need to return or exchange any items ordered online or in-store they must be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery.

All Products come with a label attached please do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return them.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, we will not accept returned products that are without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status worn or damaged.

Please note it is the customers’ responsibility to send the goods back at their own expense and we cannot be held accountable for parcels that fail to reach us.

Socks, tights, hair accessories, face masks, and sample sale items are final sale.

For all International orders:

We are unable to process exchanges for international orders. Please return the unwanted items and place a new order for the items you wish to receive. Please note Olivier London is not responsible for any customs charges on returns the customer must ensure the parcel is sent DDP (delivery duties paid) stating it is a return. All returns are at the expense of the customer.

For all UK orders:

We do not offer free returns unless there is an issue with your order. If you wish to return any items please return to the address below with your original packing slip, order number, or contact details so we can make sure the return is processed as quickly as possible.

If you wish to exchange an item please call us on 01246 918890 so we can reserve the item for you or pop a note in your returns package along with your original order number or contact details. Then send back the item/s for an exchange to the address below, as soon as we have received the items we will then process the exchange.
