Shipping and Returns


There is something so magical about receiving new items for your baby or child and we want to make this experience as enjoyable as possible for you.
When you place an order, we will send you an automated receipt please check the details and if you notice any mistakes or need to make any changes we would be happy to help, please email [email protected] or call our customer service team on 01246 918890.

Once your order has been picked and packed our dispatch team will send an email to say your order has been shipped. You will then receive an email from one of our couriers with all your tracking details.

We believe in delivering the best quality service for our customers and have teamed with  UPS for UK and International shipments. Our premium courier service is developed to enhance your experience and ensure your purchases are delivered safely and quickly. This service also gives you control over your delivery, allowing parcels to be delivered to a safe-place or neighbour if you are unavailable.


Due to the current global crisis we have had to update our shipping procedures.  There are currently long delays with Royal Mail both in the UK and internationally there timed services are taking over 3 times longer than normal.  We have decided to moved all of of our delivery services to UPS for the time being – they use their own logistics service end to end giving much better visibility on parcels and they are able to guarantee a more timely service.

As a result of this change to a more premium service we are unfortunately having to increase the cost of our shipping.  We have tried to keep this to a minimum and will be absorbing some of the cost ourselves so as to have as little impact as possible on our customers.

Please note that you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside the EU and over £500 to the USA.

Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you love all the pieces that you receive from Olivier London but if you need to return or exchange any items ordered online or in-store they must be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery.

All Products come with a label attached please do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return it.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, we will not accept returned products that are without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status worn or damaged. Please note it is the customers’ responsibility to send the goods back. We cannot be held accountable for parcels that fail to reach us.

Socks, tights, hair accessories and sale items are final sale.

For all International orders:

We are unable to process exchanges for international orders. Please return the unwanted items and place a new order for the items you wish to receive. Please note Olivier London is not responsible for any customs charges on returns the customer must ensure the parcel is sent DDP stating it is a return .

For all UK orders:

If you wish to return or exchange an item insert a note in with your packing slip and enclose this with your items to be returned and send to:
